Terms & Conditions

The service will be provided subject to availability of coverage and site survey, (there is no charge for the site survey).

The (residential) service is provided on a per household basis and the subscriber agrees not to sell or share the service without prior authorisation from Andiamo-Online with other households or dwellings.

The subscriber will be provided with the free use of a wireless broadband antenna which will be fixed to a suitable position on the premises to be enabled for the service.

The provided antenna remains the property of Andiamo-Online and the subscriber agrees to allow reasonable access to remove the antenna if the service is terminated for any reason.

The subscriber will take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised interference or theft of the antenna.

The service is provided subject to regular payments by MAV, RID, bank transfer or credit/debit card in advance.

The subscriber agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement and Fair Use Policy.

Andiamo-Online reserves the right to terminate the service at any time.
